Polished, proud, and he always mentions his rosette.

Old Charlie spends every day polishing, and he never gets his wheels dirty if he can help it. Today he is the wedding car for Jenny and David. But the River Dabble has burst its banks, the bridge has vanished, and when Gamma floats the bride across, the flood starts to carry them away. Old Charlie has to decide what matters more: his shine, or his friends.

What is it about?

It is nice to be shiny, but it is better to be useful. A little mud washes off, and a good turn never does.
